1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Leader Express services — whether in-branch, online, or through our mobile application — you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Leader Express provides vehicle maintenance and quick-service solutions including oil changes, AC service, brake service, battery replacement, diagnostics, tire service, and fleet management. Service availability may vary by branch location.
3. Bookings and Cancellations
Bookings can be made online, via the app, or by WhatsApp. You may cancel or reschedule at no charge up to 1 hour before your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a nominal fee at our discretion.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices are quoted upfront before any work begins. We accept cash, card, and approved corporate billing arrangements. All prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Leader Express reserves the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice.
5. Warranties and Guarantees
All services include a standard warranty on parts and labor as communicated at time of service. Our 20-minute guarantee applies to express services. If we exceed the guaranteed time, we will discount your next service visit. Warranty claims must be raised within 30 days of service.
6. Limitation of Liability
Leader Express' liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing vehicle conditions or consequential damages. Our technicians will document the vehicle's condition before commencing work.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Riyadh.
